The Message Board Archive widget displays both active and inactive messages, based on date selection. For additional information see the Message Board and the Message Board Administration topics.

The messages can be further filtered by containers, and/or then by widgets.

Select “All Containers”, or “Selected Containers” (making a selection of containers from the treeview), then select “All Widgets” or “Selected Widgets” (making a selection of widgets from the list).

Select a date range: “Active at Time” will display any messages that where active at the time specified. “Active during Period” will display any messages that where active at any time during the specified period.

Clicking REPORT, then produces a report based on the specified criteria. The report will only include message that the currently logged on user has access to.

The report can be sorted by clicking on the column headers, and exported by clicking the Export to Excel icon.
